Next Bell Ltd., a leading 360° digital marketing agency, is on the lookout for a skilled Meta Ads Expert to join our growing team in Dhaka!
Location: Mirpur, Dhaka
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Age Range: 25–34 years
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and optimize high-performing campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, custom events, and conversion tracking
- Run audience segmentation, retargeting, and A/B testing
- Analyze performance data to improve campaign ROI and scalability
- Collaborate with content creators and designers for ad creatives
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads tools, policies, and algorithm changes
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads campaign management
- Expertise in Pixel setup, event tracking, and conversion API
- Proven track record of managing lead generation, traffic, and engagement campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field
- Certification in Meta Ads (Meta Blueprint) is a plus!
